Are your healthy desserts really tasteful and delicious?

As a passionate dessert lover and former traditional baker of 10 years, I have incredibly high standards when it comes to taste. I’m not satisfied with anything that isn’t exceptionally flavorful and satisfying. Having spent a decade perfecting traditional baking, I have a refined palate that craves rich flavors, perfect textures, and delightful sweetness. Now, with my expertise, I’m dedicated to creating functional, healthy desserts that meet or even exceed the deliciousness of traditional treats. I ensure each recipe is crafted with the utmost attention to flavor and quality, so we can indulge guilt-free without compromising on taste.

Are functional desserts really healthy?

YES! My functional desserts are good for you because they are made with ingredients that are sources of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, bioactive compounds (or phytonutrients), fibre, protein, good fats and are low in carbohydrates!


Furthermore, we exclude every ingredient that is inflammatory - which is used in absurd quantities in traditional baking - and replace them with with those that nourish your body!


Functional desserts promote satiety, nourish our body, our cells, and are full of functional anti-oxidising and anti-inflammatory compounds that help fight chronic inflammation, prevent diseases and premature ageing, promote our metabolism and our skin, strengthens our hair, nails and our immune system.


We use ingredients full of nutrients that are good for our intestinal health, for our neural health, and for our cognitive health (our mind), because the feeling of being able to eat calmly, without guilt, without exaggeration it's good for the mind and for the emotions as well.

What if I am celiac, or have diabetes, or food allergies?

All my recipes are adaptable to any sort of dietary restriction or health issue, including celiac disease, diabetes, and food allergies. You can enjoy delicious desserts tailored to your specific needs without sacrificing taste or quality.

Is it difficult to make functional desserts and cakes?

Creating or transforming recipes into functional desserts isn't difficult when you have the right techniques and use the right ingredients in the right proportions. Once you understand the principles of using healthier alternatives, it becomes second nature. It's about finding the perfect balance and experimenting with ingredients that bring out the best flavors and textures without sacrificing nutrition or taste. In addition to providing knowledge about nutrition, recipe building and each ingredient, I'll offer you plenty of tips and shortcuts to ensure a successful baking experience. And I'll share with you some delicious recipes as well, so you can test that yourself!

Are functional baking ingredients hard to find or very expensive?

Most functional baking ingredients are not particularly difficult to find. But in any case, for each ingredient, I always provide several alternatives to accommodate individual tastes and dietary preferences. So, you can always substitute ingredients for others, you might have at hand.

While high-quality ingredients may come with a slightly higher price tag, the amount we use in our recipes is often smaller, because our desserts are more satiating and we don't need to bake huge cakes. This means we consume less overall, ultimately spending less on ingredients. Additionally, investing in our health through better nutrition can lead to savings on medical bills and medications in the short and in the long run, resulting in a healthier and more economical lifestyle.

Do I need to be an experienced baker to be able to make functional desserts?

Everyone, from beginners to experts, will benefit from this webinar. I'll provide detailed, step-by-step explanations to ensure understanding at every level. Even experienced bakers will gain valuable insights into nutrition and baking according to specific dietary needs, which is knowledge that traditional baking experts normally don't possess!
